We welcome the opportunity to work with you in designing and selecting materials for your kitchen, bath, or other areas of the home.
The process begins with an appointment to discuss your wish list, ideas, needs, timeframe and budget. At this meeting we will get to know each other and focus on any questions you may have. This is also a good time to bring any magazine photos or notes you have jotted down getting to this point. Below are links to 'CLICK ON' that offers PLANNING QUESTIONNAIRES that are very helpful in determining details. The questionnaires can be printed and brought to our initial meeting, so we can get a better understanding of your lifestyle and what you are looking to achieve in your new space.

Once we have established that we will be working together, we will then start rendering computer generated drawings that include floor plans, elevations and 3D drawings of the space. At this point, we will provide you preliminary costs associated with the proposed design.
The third step is to meet again and discuss the plan, go over layout and materials. Once you are happy with the design and the materials selection, we will provide you with the final cost of all the items selected for your project.
The final step is to begin the timeline planning for the work and materials orders. This will be collaborative between you, your selected contractor and our designer.
